BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7613 Lee Highway, being on the northwest line of Lee Highway northeast of Walker Road. To be zoned C-2: Part of lots 2 and 3, Hill's Subdivision of Lot 2, Brainerd Council Building Association Division, as shown by plat of record in plat book 39, page 295, R.O.H.C., being part of the property described in deed book 3788, page 252, R.O.H.C. Said parts of lots form one tract beginning on the northwest line of Lee Highway 234.3 feet northeast of the intersection of the northwest line of Lee Highway with the northeast line of Walker Road, thence northwest some 255 feet to a point in the northeast line of Walker Road, said point being 250 feet (if measured at a right angle) northwest of the northwest line of Lee Highway, thence northeast some 355 feet parallel to, and at all points 250 feet northwest of, the northwest line of Lee Highway to a point in the southwest line of lot 1, said Hill's Subdivision, thence with said lot line southeast some 85 feet, and southeast 130 feet to the northwest line of Lee Highway, thence southwest 309.85 feet with Lee Highway to the point of beginning. To be zoned M-3: Part of lots 2 and 3, Hill's Subdivision of Lot 2, Brainerd Council Building Association Division, as shown by plat of record in plat book 39, page 295, R.O.H.C., being part of the property described in deed book 3788, page 252, R.O.H.C. Said parts of lots form one tract beginning on the northeast line of Walker Road 226.8 feet northwest of the intersection of the northeast line of Walker Road with the northwest line of Lee Highway, said point being 250 feet (if measured at a right angle) northwest of the northwest line of Lee Highway, thence northwest 286.9 feet with Walker Road, thence northeast 179.22 feet, thence northeast 110 feet, thence southeast 171.27 feet, thence southwest 140 feet, thence southeast some 35 feet to a point 250 feet (if measured at a right angle) northwest of the northwest line of Lee Highway, thence southwest some 355 feet parallel to, and at all points 250 feet northwest, of, the northwest line of Lee Highway to the northeast line of Walker Road, the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. That there is no access to Walker Road. 2. The erection of a sight-obscuring screen along Walker Road and along the northernmost property line. 2. All existing easements are retained. 09 SECTION 2.
